Payment policy

Payment and Deposit Regulations at Donner:

• Place a 50% deposit of the order value immediately after signing the contract.
• Pay the remaining 50% of the order value immediately upon delivery, upon receiving the agreed-upon documents and goods from both parties.

When you place an order for purchasing items and custom logo printing at Donner, you can choose from the following payment methods:

1. Direct Cash Payment:

• You can visit our office to make a direct cash payment before receiving the goods. (Please retain any receipts for future reference if necessary). Alternatively, our sales representative will contact and arrange a time and place for cash collection immediately after delivering the goods.

2. Online Payment, Bank Transfer:

• You can transfer funds to our personal or company account.
